Ripples Watsons Bay
Opening 2027 in Dunbar House, Watsons Bay
Opening soonRipples Watsons Bay opens in early 2027, in the heritage-listed Dunbar House on Marine Parade, looking back across the harbour towards the city.
The plan is modern Australian cooking, with the heritage-listed building doing much of the work: the surroundings largely left alone, and the sense of occasion kept easy rather than formal.
Event enquiries are open ahead of the opening; menus, hours and bookings follow closer to the date.
