Vineria Luisa is at 135 Enmore Road, in the old Marie Louise Salon — a hairdresser's shopfront that kept its name and lost its chairs. It is a wine bar first and a restaurant second, and the two get along.
The list runs to European wines from small producers, and more than fifty gins. The food is Italian and generous, meant to be handed around the table. It carries from aperitivo through dinner and into the later part of the evening.
Dinner is Monday to Friday, 5.30 to 11. Lunch is Saturday and Sunday from midday.
This is an Inner West room in the proper sense: walk in, stand at the bar, stay longer than you planned.

Vineria Luisa is at 135 Enmore Road, Enmore. Newtown and Stanmore stations are each a short walk away, and buses run along Enmore Road itself.
There is street parking around the area, though it is tight at peak times. Taxis and rideshares can stop at the door.
